Because of that, we can’t accept returns or exchanges — unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in their original packaging, and you’ll need to provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be automatically sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Just a heads-up: Some banks and credit cards may take a little longer to process the refund on their end.
